Spicy Shredded Gluten

Prepare the required ingredients.

Soak the red pepper in hot water to soften it.
3.
Tear the gluten into silk by hand.

Cut the red pepper into sections.

Shred the green pepper.

Mix Laoganma hot sauce, fresh scallop sauce, oyster sauce and minced garlic into a sauce.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add the gluten and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Pour in red pepper and peppercorns.

Tips:
Oyster sauce, fresh scallop juice and Lao Gan Ma are all salty, so add little or no salt when cooking.
