Spicy Shrimp

Wash the shrimp after buying it.

All the materials are cut and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pot.

Stir fragrant ginger slices over low heat.

Put the washed shrimp down and stir fry immediately.

Squeeze a bit of lemon juice after it changes color.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, and bean paste. Stir fry evenly. Then add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, add onions and chopped peppers and quickly stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Tips:
Chili can be added when sauteing the ginger slices. But it will be too spicy for people to accept.
It is best to cook seafood a little bit before eating. So it's safer to simmer for a few minutes with some water.
