Spicy Shrimp

Cut the shrimp silk of the Jiwei shrimp, pick the shrimp thread, and then marinate it with cooking wine. Picking shrimp thread is a meticulous job, so you must pick it clean so that you can eat more safely.

Prepare seasoning, mince sour, mince ginger, prepare dried chili and pepper.

Heat the pan, put the oil, add the seasonings and fry until fragrant after heating, and then add the marinated Jiwei shrimp.

When it is half cooked, add a little oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt, and continue to stir fry over high heat.
