Spicy Shrimp (fried Shrimp in Soy Sauce)
1.
Raise the shrimp you bought with clean water first, and then use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread.
2.
Prepare the ingredients and cut them for later use. (This time there is no green onion in the house, so I used basil instead, which is more fragrant)
3.
Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic, pepper, ginger and small red pepper. Add a little more oil, so that the fried shrimp will be more crispy.
4.
After all the spices are fragrant, add the cleaned shrimp and stir fry
5.
stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry until the color changes, add dried perilla leaves, and stir-fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and fish sauce and stir.
8.
At this time, the pot will be dry, pour in the right amount of cooking wine (I use rice wine), stir fry for a while and add sugar.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of sugar to refresh.
10.
Finally, add chicken powder and salt. It can be out of the pot after mixing well
11.
It's well packed, very fragrant, and tastes spicy and appetizing.
Tips:
I use a non-stick pan, so I basically didn't add water during the whole process. If a normal iron pan will not stick to the bottom, it will not burn, so add water for specific situations.
