Spicy Skewer Shrimp

Prepare the prawns.

Cut the shrimp to the shrimp gun, pick out the shrimp thread at the third last section of the shrimp body, wash it and set aside.

The processed shrimps are skewered with bamboo skewers. It's very convenient to eat, and the street stalls are just a sight.

Baby cabbage, looks like cabbage, but is much smaller, tastes sweeter than Chinese cabbage, and has higher nutritional content. Peel off the baby cabbage leaves one by one and rinse them.

Add the broth and seasoning. I used red oil and spicy oil so that there is no need to add pepper. It is annoying to bite the pepper leaves from time to time. Boil the broth for 1 minute after it is boiled, and the aroma will come out better during the boiling process.

Put the shrimp skewers and cook for half a minute and then turn off the heat. The shrimps are easy to cook, so you don't need to cook them in advance, so that the nutrients will not be lost.

Tips:
1. Make your own soup base, which is more convenient and flexible. You can adjust it according to your taste. For example, you can add more red oil if you like spicy food, and add some sesame oil if you like hemp, so convenient.
2. Shrimp is easy to cook, do not cook in advance, otherwise the secondary processing will easily cause nutrient loss. Precooking hard-to-cook vegetables can avoid absorbing more soup and causing too spicy.
3. This dish is suitable for both cold and hot food, but I still prefer to eat it warm.
