Spicy Spiced Dried Beans

Cut the dried tofu into triangles.

Prepare the right amount of peanuts.

Cut red pepper, green onion, and coriander into small pieces.

Pour oil in the pot and sauté the peanuts over low heat until fragrant.

Drain the oil and mash the fried peanuts.

Add oil to the pot, add chili and green onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour the dried tofu.

Pour in an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and pepper powder and stir-fry evenly.

Add minced garlic.

Pour in the fried peanuts and salt and stir fry.

Add coriander.

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, add chicken essence, mix well and serve.
Tips:
If you don’t eat spicy food, you don’t need to add chili to make the original five-spice dried bean curd.
