Spicy Squid

Wash the squid and cut into rings.

Garlic slices

Sliced ginger

Cut green onion diagonally

Chili slices diagonally

Boil a pot of boiling water, add two slices of ginger, cooking wine, blanch the squid, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add fennel, dried chili, and pepper to fry for a nice flavor

Add green onion, ginger and garlic and fry until golden

Add a spoonful of consumable oil and stir well

Add squid and continue to stir fry.

Add a little salt (the oil is already salty), and a little sugar to taste.

Add chili and stir fry

Just add a little vinegar to taste before boiling.
