Spicy Stinky Tofu

One or two garlic, pat flat (dry) chili, cut green onions, mince stinky tofu, wash and drain.

Boil the oil in a hot pan, fry the stinky tofu piece by piece in the oil, let it fry on one side until golden, then turn it over, fry all until golden and serve.

Put the garlic, a few peppers and dried chilies in the remaining oil and fry them over low heat to create a fragrance. Put in the fried stinky tofu, turn to high heat, add a small amount of light soy sauce, salt and sugar to make it delicious. Slightly stir fry slightly to fry the condiments, finally add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, boil on high heat for 3 minutes, turn on the lid to collect the sauce, finally put a little chicken essence, and sprinkle on the platter with chopped green onions.
