Spicy Stir-fried Assorted Lotus Roots

1. Remove the stems and seeds of the green and red peppers, wash and cut into cubes. Dice the ham. Dice dried tofu. Peel the lotus root, rinse and dice.

2. After the wok is heated, pour the oil. When the oil is 70% hot, add the tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute until the surface of the tofu is slightly yellow. Pour in the diced lotus root and stir fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add Laoganma hot sauce, stir-fry soy sauce and salt evenly, add diced ham, diced green and red pepper, and continue to stir for 1 minute.
