Spicy Stir-fried Choy Sum
1.
Prepare the choy sum.
2.
Go to the yellow leaves and old stems of the Chinese cabbage.
3.
Wash the choy sum.
4.
Cut some garlic and pepper.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add chili and garlic slices and saute until fragrant.
6.
Add choy sum.
7.
Stir fry on fire.
8.
With salt.
9.
Season with chicken essence and stir fry.
10.
Plate.
Tips:
1. Choi Sum is more delicious if it is tender.
2. When washing the choy sum, you can add some salt to soak it to remove pesticides and insects.
3. The choy sum can be blanched and then fried.
