Spicy Stir-fried Choy Sum

1. Prepare the choy sum.

2. Go to the yellow leaves and old stems of the Chinese cabbage.

3. Wash the choy sum.

4. Cut some garlic and pepper.

6. Add choy sum.

7. Stir fry on fire.
