Spicy Tempeh with Razor Clams

Prepare materials

After washing the clams, soak them in light salt water for another 1 hour

Put the razor clams into the pot, add the unused water, boil the shells on high heat

Peel the shell and take the meat, and tear off the black line on the outer edge of the razor clam meat; wash the razor clam meat with the original broth after filtering with sediment, remove and drain

The garlic is flattened and chopped, add soy sauce, vinegar, and a sauce; cut coriander into sections, tempeh, chopped chili and ginger.

Pour the sauce on the razor clams and mix well

In a frying pan, sauté ginger, chili and tempeh

Pour on the mixed razor clams, sprinkle with coriander, and mix well
