Spicy Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes, marinate the minced meat with appropriate amount of soy sauce, bean paste-teaspoon, mix all the condiments in a bowl.

Heat three tablespoons of oil, add garlic, chili until fragrant over medium heat, add minced meat and stir fry.

Add the bean paste and stir fry over high heat

Add tofu, stir-fry evenly over medium heat, and cook for 3 minutes. Serve.
Tips:
You don’t need too much water to cook this dish, because the dish will release water after it’s cooked.
