My mother used to run a restaurant. This spicy tofu was a popular snack in my small shop at that time. A bunch of tofu can be sold for five cents a day, which shows how much people like it. Whether it is winter or summer, there are always people in front of this little spicy tofu stall.
Nowadays, I don’t open a shop. My mother often fries a pot of spicy tofu at home to relieve our greed. Seeing the red color, do you have the urge to eat?

Spicy Tofu

1. Dried tofu set aside

Tips:

1. The knife method is more important, and the tofu cut in the correct way will be connected and not broken.
2. Don't deep-fry the tofu too dry. The outside is charred and tender inside.
