Spicy Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces, soak in salt water for 10 minutes, then remove the water to control.

Pixian watercress, chopped and set aside.

The sesame peppers are roasted in a non-oil pan to produce a fragrance. After they are allowed to cool, they are powdered with a wall-breaking machine for use.

Green onions, finely chopped.

Preheat the electric pressure cooker, add a small amount of oil, green onions, and stir-fry until a fragrance is obtained.

Add tofu cubes, appropriate amount of water, seasoning, add appropriate amount of five-spice powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar. After boiling, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Before out of the pot, add the sesame pepper powder, and then an appropriate amount of water starch to thicken.
