Spicy Tofu

First cut the tofu into small pieces, pour water in the pot, boil with a little salt, add the tofu cubes, and blanch the water. This will make the tofu taste tender and refreshing, and it will not break easily during the frying process.

Prepare the small ingredients and red bean paste.

Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the pot, add meat filling, and stir-fry over medium heat.

Stir-fry the minced meat and add red bean paste after it changes color.

Stir-fry the red oil and add the small ingredients to sauté.

Pour in hot water (or stock).

Add the blanched tofu cubes before adding, add a little light soy sauce, and cook for a while on medium heat. Heat the juice and thicken it.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of pepper powder with chicken essence before serving.
