Spicy Tofu Pot

Wash and cut all the ingredients, and cut the tofu into small pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of oil on the pan, fry the tofu until golden on both sides.

A serving of fried tofu.

With the bottom oil in the pot, add the peppercorns, stir fry until the color changes and remove the peppercorns.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fragrant.

Add bean paste and stir fry until it is fragrant.

Add tofu and stir fry evenly.

Add light soy sauce and sugar stir-fry that suits your taste.

Finally, add green peppers and fresh mushrooms and stir-fry them.

Then add 200 to 250 ml of water to a boil.

Transfer all the tofu together in a small casserole, cover tightly, simmer until the soup thickens and turn off the heat. (If you don’t have a casserole, you can just cook it in the pot until the soup is thick)

Finished product. You can also sprinkle a proper amount of pepper.
Tips:
Don't ask me why I don't add chicken powder and MSG. Everything is healthy for my family. I have never done cooking with these chemical additives. I refuse all chemical additives when I eat at home.
