Spicy Tofu with Garlic

Prepare tofu.

Prepare dried red pepper shreds and Chinese pepper; slap the garlic cloves, finely chop the chives and set aside.

Fry until crispy brown on both sides.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic diced.

Add salt and stir well.

Drenched in soy sauce.

Tips:
1. The dried red pepper and Chinese pepper are the remaining seasonings from Huangfeihong peanuts.
2. The tofu will not break easily after frying and it is easy to shape.
3. Tofu does not need to be fried, it is also good to make Mapo tofu.
