After eating the spicy seasoning of Huangfeihong peanuts, I stayed for cooking. The boiled fish that I made last time, later made pickled fish, grilled fish pieces, etc. are all used in this spicy seasoning.
I have made mapo tofu before, and it tastes good, but I prefer to fry the tofu first and then burn it. The taste is more crispy.

Spicy Tofu with Garlic

1. Prepare tofu.

2. Prepare dried red pepper shreds and Chinese pepper; slap the garlic cloves, finely chop the chives and set aside.

3. Tofu slices.

4. Heat oil in a pot and add tofu.

5. Fry until crispy brown on both sides.

6. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic diced.

7. Pour in dried red pepper and Chinese pepper, stir fry for a nice aroma.

8. Pour in tofu and stir well.

9. Add salt and stir well.

10. Drenched in soy sauce.

11. Pour in half a bowl of water and simmer for 2 minutes.

12. Collect the juice over high heat and add the light soy sauce to adjust the flavor.

13. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well and then serve in the plate.

Tips:

1. The dried red pepper and Chinese pepper are the remaining seasonings from Huangfeihong peanuts.
2. The tofu will not break easily after frying and it is easy to shape.
3. Tofu does not need to be fried, it is also good to make Mapo tofu.
