Spicy Toothpick Meat

Wash the beef tenderloin and cut into small pieces about 1 cm.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, white pepper, sugar, chili noodles (a little), starch, green onions, ginger, garlic to the cut beef, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Prepare the toothpicks in advance, soak them in boiling water for a while, and dry them for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add the beef on the skewers, deep-fry for 1 to 2 minutes and remove.

Tips:
1. The beef must be marinated in advance to taste, and the taste will be relatively tender.
2. When frying, you must master the heat and time. If you fry too much, you will not be able to bite. Generally, it is enough to fry until the surface of the beef is slightly browned~
