Spicy Two-color Tofu

Two chunks of blood tofu.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Peel and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic, pepper powder, and chili powder until fragrant.

Add water, salt, and boil.

When the blood tofu is put into the pot, I hold it in my hand and cut it directly into the pot, or I can cut it first and then put it into the pot.

Add white tofu.

Cook for three minutes and sprinkle some chili powder before serving.
