Spicy Walnut Shrimp
1.
Defrost the shrimps, smash the walnuts out and wash them clean

Scallion, ginger, garlic, shredded and sliced

Fry the shrimps in an air fryer and turn them red
4.
Saute the chives, ginger, garlic, dried chili, and Chinese pepper in a hot oil pan
5.
Stir fry with red and green chilies
6.
Put the fried shrimp and stir fry
7.
Make a bowl of juice: water starch, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt

Pour in water starch, stir fry, and get out of the pot
Tips:
Pour the starch and stir-fry it and turn off the heat immediately. The starch is too viscous and affects the taste.
