Spicy Watercress Yellow Croaker

Kill the yellow croaker in advance, wash it and put it in a bowl for later use. Prepare the cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, and bean paste, and wash the ginger onion for later use. The dried chili section is ready.

Tips:
