Tips:
1. You can use warm water when soaking the yuba, which can speed up the soaking; you can also put some sugar to make the soaking speed block, and the taste will be better
2. When cooking with a cooking machine, put the oil and other seasonings on the bottom of the pot first, so that when the cooking machine is heated, the oil will be heated first, and the onions and garlic will be fried. The fried dishes are more fragrant and more delicious.
3. The yuba should be soaked completely, so that the taste will be softer, but because its water content is still low, you can add some water when mixing the sauce.
