Spicy Zucchini Slices

Wash the zucchini, cut off 0.2 cm pieces at each end and discard.

Cut lengthwise into 4 equal parts, then cut into 0.3 cm thick slices

Tips:
Zucchini is easy to cook, don't fry it for too long.
