Spider Biscuits
1.
Two hard-boiled eggs, take the yolk, and sieve
2.
Add the softened butter with powdered sugar and salt, and beat with an electric whisk until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands
3.
Pour in the sifted egg yolk, low flour and cornflour, and knead it by hand (mine is that the egg hasn't boiled for enough time and is cooked, but the egg yolk has not formed yet, so just add it in)
4.
Wrap the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes
5.
Take out the refrigerated dough, take a small piece (about 10 grams or so), knead it into a small ball, place it on a baking tray lined with greased paper, and gently press the middle part into a small groove with a small spoon , Made into a spider's small body
6.
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down 170 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes
7.
The dark chocolate melts in water, put it into a disposable piping bag, cut a small mouth, draw the spider's body in the cold biscuit groove, trace its feet, and finally click on the eyes.
Tips:
The temperature is adjusted appropriately according to the oven, and the shape can be made into a favorite look.
