Spike Potatoes

Cut the chives into sections, slice the garlic, and cut the green and red pepper into circles for later use.

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into spikes, and wash away starch.

Put it in a saucepan and cook until it is half cooked.

Remove and drain the water.

Add edible oil to the wok, heat up on high heat, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant, pour in potatoes and stir fry.

Add salt and chicken essence.

Add cumin powder.

Add a spoonful of chili sauce.

After stir-frying evenly, add the chives and green red pepper and stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pot.

A very good dish.
Tips:
Those who don’t eat spicy food don’t need to add chili sauce. The green and red chili peppers serve as a decoration and are not spicy.
