Spinach

Haihong washed and steamed, peeled and left meat for later use! Don't put any flavored products in steamed Haihong (you only eat it's freshness). Just boil and steam for ten minutes!

Wash the spinach, add water to the pot, boil the water, put the washed spinach in the pot and blanch it! Just eat it

Drain the blanched spinach

Add water to the pot, boil the water, put the right amount of vermicelli into the pot and cook, take it out and soak in the water!

Grind garlic into garlic paste, add some soy sauce, vinegar, and appropriate amount of salt, stir well

Stir the prepared vermicelli, spinach, sea rainbow meat, garlic, salt and a drop of sesame oil together and enjoy!
Tips:
If you like spicy food, add some chili oil!
