It's the first time to make cold spinach, and I can't think it's better than fried. Crispy spinach and crispy peanuts are really good.

Spinach

1. Wash spinach and cut into sections, add some salt and oil to blanch it in boiling water, and then remove the water.

2. Black fungus, carrot, shredded, garlic mince

3. Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the minced garlic

4. Add carrots and black fungus and stir fry until cooked

5. Put it on the spinach and put salt

6. Put some bibimbap sauce

7. Finally, add chopped peanuts, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and mix well.

Tips:

The seasoning can be matched according to your own taste. Spinach should be blanched to remove oxalic acid.
