Spinach and Bacon Pizza

Mix the yeast with appropriate amount of warm water and stir well; add salt and sugar to the flour, pour in the yeast water, stir into floc with chopsticks, and add a little olive oil;

Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands, cover it with a wet towel and leave it to ferment in a warm place;

Pick spinach, wash and chop, squeeze out the water;

Cut bacon into small pieces;
