Spinach and Peanuts

Wash spinach and select into small pieces;

Add water to the pot, after the water boils, pour in the washed spinach, blanch it, the spinach turns green completely, remove it, and let it cool;

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot,

If the oil is hot until it smokes, quickly pour it into the blanched spinach, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and peanuts, and mix well;
