Spinach and Pork Liver Soup
1.
Original image of ingredients
2.
Wash pig liver and cut into thin slices, then soak in clean water to remove blood
3.
Then pick it up, add light soy sauce, salt, shredded ginger, and starch in a bowl and mix well (if you have cooking wine at home, you can add some, because my cooking wine is just used up, so I save it)
4.
Wash spinach and set aside
5.
Soak the scallops until they are soft and then rinse them. Add the scallops, ginger slices and water to the pot. After the high heat comes to a boil, turn to a low heat and boil for about 5 minutes
6.
Put in pig liver at this time
7.
Add medlar and cook until the liver is broken
8.
Put in a spoonful of cooking oil, then put the spinach in and boil it again to turn off the heat
9.
Turn off the heat and add salt to taste
Tips:
1. After the pig liver is sliced, soak in clean water to remove the toxins of the liver and reduce the fishy smell.
2. Add some scallops to make the soup taste more delicious, if not, you can skip it.
3. Before adding spinach, add a spoonful of cooking oil to the soup to keep the spinach in a better color.
