Spinach Chicken Egg Drop Soup

There are 9 kinds of ingredients in total. You can increase or decrease according to your own preferences.

Prepare the soup ingredients-three slices of ginger + a small handful of goji berries + a few longans + chopped green onion when it comes out of the pot ready to marinate the chicken-chicken cut into strips or slices + 1 garlic slice

In the chicken, add half a teaspoon of salt + a little black pepper + 2 teaspoons of cooking wine + garlic slices, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Turn on medium heat and fry the marinated chicken in a pan. When the meat turns white all over, pour two bowls of water.
*Since I use a non-stick pan + chicken thighs with fat, I didn't pour the oil when sautéing the meat. After a while, what the tender people will see is the fragrant chicken fat. Haha.

After the water boils, use a spatula to push the ingredients-3 slices of ginger + wolfberry + longan. Top with spinach. Cook over medium-high heat.
When the water is open, beat the two eggs prepared before to make egg cutlets.

After the spinach is cooked, slowly pour the egg mixture in a thin stream. According to personal taste, season with salt. When the pot boils again, pour the chopped green onion, turn off the heat, and serve, oh no, it's potting.
Tips:
1. When marinating chicken, the amount of seasoning should be more. After all, cooking chicken is different from chicken in stir-fry. The amount of seasoning is less, the fishy smell is not removed, and the meat is very fishy when cooked.
2. For those who like consistency, prepare some starch water in the last step and pour it in.
3. I don't put much longan and wolfberry, I mainly want to keep the soup salty. I know someone’s spinach soup is sweet, so put more longan and goji berries.
