Spinach Fried Noodles

Wash the spinach, blanch it and cut into small sections, add a little salt and appropriate amount of water to the cooking machine

Beat into a puree.

Mix the spinach puree, flour and a little salt to form a smooth and even dough, cover with plastic wrap, and wake up for 30 minutes

Cut the green onion and ginger into fine pieces, and use a little more ginger.

According to personal preference, cut into suitable width

Sprinkle the cut noodles with flour and spread it out

Use your hands to gently stretch the noodles.

Divide into suitable equal parts for easy eating or freeze preservation.

Add enough water to the pot, boil, add the noodles, pick them up with chopsticks, and cook them over a medium-to-low heat

Remove and pour into a bowl. Pour the fried sauce with cucumber or other side dishes.
