Spinach in Soup

Wash spinach and cut into sections.

Wash cordyceps flowers and set aside.
3.
Peel the salted duck eggs and cut into pieces.
4.
Dice carrots and set aside chopped green onions.

Boil water in a pot, add salt and cooking oil. The salt and cooking oil are added to make the spinach greener.
6.
The water opens up into the spinach.
7.
Scald the spinach in a pot of boiling water and remove it.
8.
Boil the cordyceps flowers and place them with spinach.
9.
Heat up the pan and add the chopped green onion, carrots and duck eggs to stir fry until fragrant.
10.
Add half a bowl of water.
11.
Add concentrated chicken juice to boiling water, add appropriate amount of salt.
12.
The cooked soup is finished by pouring on the spinach.
