Spinach Mixed Vermicelli

The vermicelli has been heated in hot water and soaked in cold water.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, mix thoroughly, put them in a pan, spread them into egg pancakes, and shred them.

Soak the fungus over hot water.

Wash the spinach and simmer in superheated water for later use.

Add vermicelli and egg shreds in turn.

Add spinach and fungus.
