Spinach Omelette
1.
Wash 150 grams of spinach and cut into small pieces.
2.
Use a machine to break up the spinach and pour it into a basin. (I use a juicer and put a little water to break up spinach)
3.
Prepare a small bowl of flour, an egg, and half a teaspoon of yeast.
4.
Pour flour, eggs, and yeast into the spinach liquid, stir well and let it rise for half an hour.
5.
Add a little salt and chopped green onions to the proofed batter.
6.
Stir the salt and green onion thoroughly with the batter.
7.
Heat the pan, put the bottom oil, spread the batter thinly on the bottom of the pan, and sear slowly until the pan is cooked through.
8.
Cut the cooked pie into small pallets and declare a soft, delicious, nutritious vegetable. With some side dishes, porridge, a very nutritious and delicious meal.
Tips:
When making this pie, the amount of water must be mastered. When I beat the spinach, I added some water and eggs, so there was no water when making the batter. You have to master this by yourself, don't make the batter too thin, just drop the batter piece by piece with a spoon. The fire of the pancake should not be too big, medium and small fires are fine.
