Spinach Pie

A small handful of spinach, 2 eggs, 200 grams of flour.

Pick and wash spinach.

Blanch for 10 seconds.

Cold immediately.

Put flour in the bowl and beat in the eggs.

Add blanched spinach (chopped or cut into sections), add some salt and five-spice powder.
7.
Stir to a paste and add some cold water if it's dry.

Heat the electric baking pan with a little oil and start pancakes on medium heat.

The pie is shaped and turned over.

You can turn it a few more times, and it will be fine if both sides are browned and the cake bulges.
