Shredded pork noodles is a delicacy that I often eat when I was young, but I didn’t have anything delicious when I was young. If you can eat this noodles, it’s really good. Make it yourself and miss my childhood.

Ingredients

Spinach Pork Noodles

1. Cut the mustard tuber into strips, soak in water to remove the saltiness

2. Shredded meat

3. Put hot water in the pot and put the noodles

4. Take another small pot and add water to boil

5. Add mustard

6. Add pork shreds and mix well

7. Put in lard

8. Fish out the noodles

9. Add salt in a small pot and season with chicken essence

10. Add spinach

11. Finally install the plate

Tips:

1. Shred the pork slightly
2. The tuber mustard I bought must be soaked, otherwise it's too salty
