Spinach Quail Eggs

Raw materials spinach, quail eggs.

Put the quail eggs into the pot and cook (5 minutes after boiling)

Pick the spinach leaves and blanch them.

Peel cooked quail eggs.

Wrap quail eggs with spinach leaves. One large leaf can wrap 1 quail egg, and the smaller one can wrap 2 quail eggs.

Mix oyster sauce, seafood soy sauce and mature vinegar to make a dip.

Just eat with the dipping sauce.
Tips:
1. After the quail eggs are boiled, put them in cold water and then peel them.
2. Choose larger spinach leaves as much as possible and better wrap them.
3. After the water is boiled, put the spinach in and turn off the heat immediately. If it takes a long time, the spinach leaves will break.
