Spinach Quail Eggs

Boil quail eggs in water and remove their shells.
2.
Wash spinach and set aside.
3.
Heat the pan with oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant, add water, quail eggs, salt and chicken essence to a boil.
4.
Add spinach and cook and turn off the heat.
5.
It is ready to be eaten on a plate and can be garnished with a few grains of wolfberry.
