Spinach Sauce Fritters

Wash the spinach and blanch it in water, remove it and squeeze it into a pureed spinach for later use.

Add salt, sugar, and yeast powder to the flour.

Pour the pureed spinach and stir the flour into a flocculent shape.

After mixing into a dough, cover it and leave it.

The fermented dough has a honeycomb shape.

Take out the dough, flatten it, cut it into strips, and stack the two pieces together, press it in the middle with chopsticks, and pinch the head and tail slightly.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the dough sticks in the pan. Fry them on medium heat until they are crisp and green.
