Spinach Soup

Peel the scallions, clean and cut into chopped green onions

Cut the square ham into thick shreds and prepare

Clean the two eggs and put them in a bowl. Stir evenly with chopsticks to form egg liquid

Remove the old leaves of the spinach and repeatedly rinse the sediment, control the moisture and cut into sections, add water to the pot and boil, add the spinach sections to blanch for about 15 seconds, remove immediately and cool the water and control the moisture for use.

Add oil to the hot pan, sauté the chopped green onion, pour the shredded ham and add some water

Bring to the boil and add spinach, add appropriate amount of salt to taste
7.
Pour in the egg liquid evenly, stir gently with a spoon and turn off the heat
8.
After turning off the heat, add a few drops of sesame oil and mix well to serve
9.
