Spinach Tart

Prepare ingredients, carrots, cucumbers, spinach (I forgot to take pictures). Cut the cucumber and carrot into silk separately.

Wash spinach.

Boil hot water in a soup pot, add spinach after the water boils.

Remove the blanched spinach, put it in cold water, take it out, tighten the water, and cut into small pieces.

Place in a small bowl and compact.

Put the bowl upside down on the plate, take out the spinach, and beat the cucumber and carrot into the plate.

Adjust the sauce: Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce, sesame oil, oil consumption, balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, salt, chicken essence, spicy soy sauce in a small bowl, then mash the garlic into it.

Stir the selected juice until it is evenly mixed.

The finished product can be eaten after mixing well.
