Spinach Vermicelli

Wash the spinach, blanch it with boiling water, and cut into inch pieces.

Boil the vermicelli in water until there is no hard core and remove it.
3.
Put the drained spinach and vermicelli together, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar, sesame oil and mustard oil, mix well and serve.
