Spinach White Jade Egg Soup

Prepare white jade mushrooms and eggs.
2.
Wash the spinach.
3.
Blanch the white jade mushrooms and remove them to drain.
4.
After blanching spinach, remove and drain the water and cut into inch sections.
5.
Add water to the boiling pot, bring the spinach and white jade mushroom into the pot after boiling, add salt and monosodium glutamate.
6.
Pour in the egg liquid and stir evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
Spinach should be blanched whole, if it is cut off and then blanched, the nutrients will be lost.
