Spinach with Chili Oil

Remove the dry leaves of spinach and wash them.

Blanch it with hot water for about 2 minutes until it turns green.

Prepare the sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, and sesame oil, mix well and melt.

Cut the red pepper into sections and prepare the peppercorns.
5.
Take out the spinach and use cold water several times to lower the temperature.
6.
Squeeze the water from the spinach and set aside.
7.
Put oil in the pot, add the diced chili pepper and simmer until it tastes out.
8.
Pour the hot chili oil into the spinach.
9.
Pour in the sauce.
10.
Mix well and enjoy.
Tips:
I like the taste of spicy hemp, so I use more peppercorns. I don't like more peppercorns, so you can put less.
