Spinach with Sesame Sauce

Remove the spinach roots and wash them with clean water. Wash as many times as possible to remove the silt.

After the water is boiled, add the spinach and cook for half a minute, and it is ready to cook. Don't cook it too long to prevent it from turning green.

Remove the boiled spinach and rinse with clean water.
4.
Dry the moisture.
5.
Divide into three equal parts.
6.
Mix all the seasonings into a sesame sauce.
7.
Drizzle on spinach and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Tips:
The spinach does not need to be too dry.
