Spinach with Sesame Sauce

Wash spinach and cut into inch sections.

Boil it with boiling water and hold dry water for later use.

Mince garlic.

Use 1 tablespoon of tahini, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt and sesame oil to make the sauce.
