Spinach with Tahini Sauce

Add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, and a little salt to the sesame sauce and mix thoroughly

Chopped garlic

Wash spinach

Bring the water to a boil, add the lettuce, about 10-15 seconds, immediately remove the cold water

Pick out some better spinach leaves for later use, chop the remaining spinach to remove the moisture

Add crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, sesame oil

Take a spinach leaf, add the chopped spinach, fold it on all four sides and wrap it

1. Blanch spinach quickly.
2. The sesame sauce can be added with seasoning according to your own taste.
