Spring Bamboo Shoots Diced Pork Sauce

Cut the pork into small cubes and separate the fat and the lean.

Spring bamboo shoots, onions, dried tofu, wash and drain.

Then cut into small dices as well and set aside.

Cut the ginger and garlic into mince, set aside.

Prepare a spoonful of bean paste. If you like spicy food, bean curd sauce is best.

First stir the fat diced meat out of oil.

Put the remaining prepared diced pork, spring bamboo shoots, onion diced, dried tofu diced, minced ginger and minced garlic into the pot and stir fry together to create a flavor, then add bean paste, oyster sauce, salt, rock sugar and stir-fry evenly, add water, star anise boil.

Tips:
