Spring Cake

The flour is mixed with a proper amount of water and the dough is almost as soft and hard as the dumpling dough.

Divide the noodles into the same size as dumplings.

Roll the skin.

Set up a pastry, brush with salad oil, and put another brush with oil. Repeat once, stacking 10 pieces.

Roll it out gently with a rolling pin.

Steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes.

Uncover it while it's hot, each sheet is as thin as paper.
